General terms and conditions of sale (GTC)

1. Purpose

These GTC govern the sale of NFC business cards and the associated digital services (online profile, dashboard) offered on digicart.ch.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is made in advance, by bank transfer to the account indicated in the order confirmation (Valiant Bank AG, IBAN CH69 0630 0508 3148 9511 5, account holder Anunet.ch Duraku), quoting the order reference.

3. Order and confirmation

Every order placed via the online form is acknowledged by email including an advance invoice (Swiss QR invoice). The order is processed upon receipt of payment.

4. Delivery

The delivery time is 5 to 10 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated. The cards are made to order.

5. Returns and warranty

As the cards are personalized and made to measure, they are neither taken back nor exchanged once production has started. In the event of a manufacturing defect, a free replacement is provided if reported within 14 days of receipt.

6. Liability

DigiCart endeavors to ensure the availability of the service. It cannot be held liable in the event of an interruption beyond its control or of improper use.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Solothurn, subject to mandatory provisions in favor of the consumer.

Privacy policy (FADP)

In accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data.

Data collected and purposes

• Order: name, address, email, phone, and card information, used for processing the order and for invoicing.
• Card / profile: data that the holder publishes on their card, used to display the digital profile.
• Collected contacts: if a visitor leaves their contact details via a card's form, these are forwarded to the card holder.
• Statistics: anonymized traffic data (views, clicks, region, device type), retained for a maximum of 12 months (non-reversible IP fingerprint, no personally identifying data).

Hosting and location

The data is hosted within the European Union, on the host's infrastructure. No data is resold.

Retention period

Order data is retained for as long as necessary to meet legal (accounting) obligations. Statistics are automatically erased after 12 months.

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, and objection. To exercise it, write to [email protected].

Cookies

The website uses only strictly necessary cookies (language, session). Client cards are not indexed and do not use advertising cookies.
