These GTC govern the sale of NFC business cards and the associated digital services (online profile, dashboard) offered on digicart.ch.
Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is made in advance, at the customer's choice: (a) where online payment is offered at checkout, by credit card, TWINT, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the payment provider Stripe; or (b) by bank transfer to the account indicated in the order confirmation (Valiant Bank AG, IBAN CH69 0630 0508 3148 9511 5, account holder Anunet.ch Duraku), quoting the order reference.
Every order placed via the online form is acknowledged by email including an advance invoice (Swiss QR invoice). The order is processed upon receipt of payment.
The delivery time is 5 to 10 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated. The cards are made to order.
As the cards are personalized and made to measure, they are neither taken back nor exchanged once production has started. In the event of a manufacturing defect, a free replacement is provided if reported within 14 days of receipt.
DigiCart endeavors to ensure the availability of the service. It cannot be held liable in the event of an interruption beyond its control or of improper use.
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Solothurn, subject to mandatory provisions in favor of the consumer.
In accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data.

Only after your explicit consent, we measure public pages viewed, the referring domain, UTM campaign parameters, device category, language and stages of the commercial journey. This measurement does not collect the contents of form fields.
A pseudonymous fingerprint of the technical submission_id identifier may be matched, on a read-only basis, to orders already recorded to measure the outcome of the journey. This matching does not modify any order. This data is pseudonymized; we do not promise absolute anonymization.
The dc_site_consent cookie remembers your choice for 180 days. After consent, a random identifier is stored in sessionStorage and renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. New measurement data is retained for a maximum of 90 days. You can withdraw consent at any time through “Manage cookies” at the bottom of this page. On this legal page, only preferences are available: no visit measurement is sent. No advertising is enabled.
The data is hosted within the European Union, on the host's infrastructure. No data is resold.
To provide the service we rely on: Hostinger International Ltd. (hosting, EU); Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (processing of card, TWINT, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments: name, email and amount are transmitted to it; no banking data passes through digicart.ch); Cloudflare, Inc. (site protection and delivery, technical processing of IP addresses); Google Fonts (loading of the web font); Federal Office of Topography swisstopo (api3.geo.admin.ch): while you type your delivery address, the text entered is sent to this official Swiss service to suggest existing addresses. No data is sold.
Order data is retained for as long as necessary to meet legal accounting obligations. Client-card statistics are deleted after a maximum of 12 months. New commercial website measurement data is retained for a maximum of 90 days.
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, and objection. To exercise it, write to info@digicart.ch.
